Promptly arrived with a friendly smile. Austin walked me through his evaluation of the opener and discussed our options. We chose to move forward with a new opener since ours was 12-15 years old and it didn’t make sense to me to put money into an old opener. Austin got to work and quickly installed the new quiet opener and went over all the instructions for opener and key pad. I would recommend Austin and Grand Opening to anyone needing service or a new opener.

I love it when you call someone for help and they actually answer. That’s exactly my experience with Grand Openings Garage Door. Not only did they answer but worked me in the same day to remedy my broken spring. The two technicians were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. They were in and out quickly. I am so thankful. I hope to never have to use them again but am definitely keeping their card close by.

Top notch from my phone call through payment. My call was returned promptly, service scheduled for the next day, and the tech (Austin) arrived early within the agreed upon time window. Austin was courteous, professional and efficient. He serviced both doors, added new seals at the bottom (at my request on the spot), checked his work and cleaned up. What more could you ask for? The price was fair for the work completed.
